I was blessed with an uncanny ability to spot typos, grammatical errors, and formatting boo-boos in anything (print work, resumes, SOQ’s, RFP’s…even website code). Sitting down at a restaurant, 99% of all restaurant menus have at least one typo in them, and I can usually find the error within 60 seconds.
I previously worked for a large commercial real estate company in Brentwood, California, and was in charge of overseeing and maintaining our very strict company branding standards, including being the “final eyes” for everything going out to any prospective clients from any of our 23 offices. Everything went through me before it was sent out. In addition, I developed extensive marketing pieces and presentation materials both online and in print for clients such as Amgen, Blue Shield of CA, DreamWorks, Electronic Arts, Symantec, Vivendi Universal, Microsoft, the now defunct eToys, and may other large companies.
